Logistics Supervisor

Position Overview

Function as part of a safety critical site with a strong commitment to safety awareness and risk management. Report to work fit for duty and positively contribute to an environmentally sound manufacturing team. Comply with all policies, procedures, and rules. Participate in site safety committee. Complete timely SAP entries for production and product control. Monitor and record process run data and monitor QC data to ensure production is within specification. Manage and develop direct reports in order to establish and maintain acceptable standards of performance in the key factors of Safety, Environmental, Quality, Employee Development, Product Protection and Productivity. In the event of an after-hour incident, the Supervisor assumes the role of Incident Commander.
