Logistics Team Lead

Summary

Lead the store logistics team to ensure efficient receiving, order fulfillment, inventory management and backroom operations while coaching team members to achieve operational excellence and strong engagement metrics.

Responsibilities

• Train develop and coach logistics team members and set performance expectations
• Manage order fulfillment including picking packaging and BOPIS to meet deadlinesCoordinate receiving of merchandise including hanging goods PO receiving and reconciliation
• Oversee inventory tasks including markdowns price changes seasonal counts and write off documentation
• Maintain organized shipping receiving area and backroom storage
• Monitor RTVs MTM refusals and in transit documentation accuracy
• Support operations tasks including service desk POS accuracy and logistics audits
• Collaborate with operations leadership for hiring onboarding and talent retention
