Loss Prevention Lead at SportChek

Enhance store security as a Loss Prevention Lead at SportChek. Your proactive approach will ensure safety for customers and staff while reducing losses on the sales floor.

This role reports directly to the Store General Manager, focusing on minimizing internal and external losses through vigilant presence during peak hours. You will coach staff on loss prevention responsibilities and secure high-value products along with recording incidents and coordinating with the Regional Loss Prevention Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead loss prevention initiatives on the sales floor
• Ensure store adheres to LP tagging standards
• Monitor high-risk hours and ensure customer acknowledgment
• Log incidents and report to management
• Mentor associates on LP awareness and responsibilities
