The LOTO Compliance Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of isolation/ LOTO procedures and all documentation for all applicable systems, including electrical and mechanical systems within the Edmonton Valley Line West Expansion project.

This role ensures compliance with local, provincial, and federal safety regulations, while promoting a safety-first culture in all construction, testing and temporary operation activities. This person will report to the Temporary Operations manager and work as part of the commissioning team and substitute the Temporary Operations manager and OCC control where necessary.
