• Join the team at Resident Care conferences and keep Resident Care Plans sharp, accurate, and always relevant.
• Master medication management-prepare, administer, and document medications according to physician orders, and stay on top of ordering and replacing expired medications.
• Keep everyone in the loop by documenting patient care issues and reporting them to the right people, right away.
• Trust your instincts! Spot signs and symptoms, use your judgment, and take action with appropriate treatment or procedures.
