- Identify and address areas of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) exposure, documenting best practices for anonymization and sensitive data handling.
- Leverage industry knowledge to provide guidance on the structural identifiability of content, ensuring compliance while preserving data utility.
- Support the development of training materials and resources that reflect current regulatory and compliance frameworks in M&A and corporate law.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve data processing protocols and mitigate re‑identification risks within proprietary workflows.
