You will operate at the intersection of technology and corporate law, reporting directly to the Head, Osler Works – Transactional. Your role will involve managing technology due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, addressing critical technology issues and preparing essential transaction documents. Collaborating closely with the firm’s Technology Department will amplify your impact on corporate transactions.
