**Job Title: Flexographic Press Operator**
**Job Description**
This role involves setting up, operating, and changing over flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. You will work with press equipment, materials, and inks, monitor print quality throughout production, and perform routine cleaning and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. The position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, unionized environment across multiple shifts.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and change over press equipment, including installing and removing cylinders, anilox rollers, sleeves, and die-cutters, and preparing the robotic take-off system.
