Responsibilities & Qualifications
6+ years of IT experience with strong hands‑on expertise in managing test data environments using IBM Infosphere Optim Test Data Management (TDM), including data masking, sub setting, and creation of realistic test datasets.
Automate and optimize test data lifecycle processes across non‑production environments to improve testing efficiency, ensure data privacy, and support Agile/DevOps teams.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot mainframe applications using core technologies such as COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, and z/OS, supporting enterprise‑scale workloads and batch/online systems.
