What Do You Need To Be Successful
- 3-5 years of building systems and maintenance experience, preferably within a multi‑residential asset class.
- Passion for providing an exceptional resident service experience through excellent communication skills.
- Someone that thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on‑call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends).
