1-2 years of building systems and maintenance experience, preferably within a multi-residential asset class. Passion for providing an exceptional resident service experience through excellent communication skills. Someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work on-call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends). Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, HVAC & mechanical systems, and painting. Proficient with use of basic handheld and electrical tools. Pride in your ability to work collaboratively on a team, and independently. What Will You Do
