Maintenance Engineer

Goal of the job/function / value creation of the job/function:

 To  oversee and lead maintenance procedures in the company, ensure proper maintenance of the equipment along with planned scheduling creation and overseeing the adherence of maintenance plans and timely completion of work carried out

Core Tasks:

1. Maintenance strategy 

• Identifying and implementing a proactive maintenance strategy that ensures efficient operations
• Looking for new ways to improve productivity and cut costs 
• Ensuring follow-up of  company policies  and standard operating procedures  for all maintenance work
• Ensuring that all maintenance processes are consistent with industry regulations. 
• Drafting maintenance reports that help measure and improve team performance
• Adherence to the maintenance plans and strategies
