In this role, the candidate will work on the shop floor to assess the impact of variant parts and components, collaborating directly with associates, group leaders, and supervisors.

1. Preventive and/or corrective maintenance of equipment
2. Equipment calibration
3. Supervise maintenance and calibration (3–4 technicians under your responsibility)
4. Preferably experienced in using Maximo
5. Formulas for preventive maintenance
6. Understanding of measurement uncertainty, tolerances, and acceptance criteria
7. Experience managing budgets and metrics
