Maintenance Manager

Responsabilidades The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and preventive/predictive maintenance activities for the plant's infrastructure and machinery. The primary mission is to guarantee maximum equipment availability at the lowest possible cost while strictly adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the Maintenance Master Plan (preventive, corrective, and predictive).
• Asset Management: Oversee the operation of critical systems (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, boilers, HVAC, and production lines).
• Team Leadership: Direct, train, and evaluate technical staff and external contractors.
• Budget Control: Manage the department budget, optimizing expenditures on spare parts and external services.
• KPI Management: Monitor key indicators such as OEE (Ov...
