Maintenance Manager

Goal
Implement maintenance standards, and define maintenance schedules and processes to ensure the availability of all manufacturing machines, for a single plant or MU assigned.
Principal Activities
Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures and tools, manage budgets and resources as agreed.
Define maintenance‐specific processes and schedules, in cooperation with SC and/or production planning.
Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, across all assigned workshops.
Contribute to design, layout, realization and/or optimization of technical infrastructure.
Manage cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance service providers.
Education, experience, knowledge, and skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
5 to 10 years of experience.
Advanced English.
