Maintenance Manager

About the role:

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the overall asset care, ensuring maintenance efficiency (planning and scheduling) and effectiveness (reliability engineering). The manager oversees a team that includes Automation Engineers, Storekeepers, Planners, Schedulers, Technicians and Reliability Engineers, and is accountable for meeting the maintenance OPEX budget while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the maintenance team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively and develop their capabilities through training, mentoring and growth opportunities.
• Provide regular feedback and encourage cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring each team member grows while contributing to plant success.
