Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will lead the factory Maintenance team in planning and implementing initiatives to maintain and improve the reliability, effectiveness, and efficiency of equipment, technical infrastructure, production lines, and facilities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing equipment life cycle management practices to optimize costs and profitability.
