Maintenance Manager - Tunnel Mountain Resort (Banff)

What You'll Do

As Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all maintenance operations across guest rooms, public spaces, grounds, and building systems. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll ensure our facilities are safe, well maintained, and continuously improving.

Leadership & Planning

• Set departmental goals, performance measures, and results alongside the General Manager
• Prepare and manage operating and capital maintenance budgets
• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team through hands‑on leadership
• Support scheduling, payroll, and workforce planning for the department

Operations & Guest Experience

• Coordinate maintenance priorities with all hotel departments to ensure quick, effective resolution of guest and operational issues
• Organize, track, and deliver preventive maintenance programs and renovation or improvement projects
