**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic / Journeyman Millwright**
**Overview**
Seeking a hands-on Journeyman Millwright or Maintenance Mechanic to support production in a manufacturing environment. Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC and woodworking equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safe, reliable operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on CNC and woodworking equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on production machinery
Install, align, and commission new equipment
Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings
Conduct equipment inspections and identify issues proactively
Maintain accurate maintenance records
Support production teams while following safety standards
**Must-Haves**
Journeyman Millwright or equivalent maintenance experience
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
Experience with CNC machinery maintenance
