Summit Air is hiring a full-time permanent Maintenance Planner to join the team. The incumbent will report to the Maintenance Operations Manager and perform maintenance planning activities, ensuring operational requirements, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance are met.

Essential Responsibilities

• Forecast and develop long‑term and short‑term maintenance projections to minimize operational impact while considering staffing levels, budgeting, and other projects.
• Coordinate acquisition of parts, materials, and tooling required by maintenance operations.
• Prepare schedules and build work packages for maintenance tasks, airworthiness directives, service bulletins and Supplemental Type Certifications (STCs).
• Administratively control maintenance planning, including budgets, forecasted hours, and job costing.
