Develop and manage comprehensive maintenance work plans encompassing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, including detailed job specifications for labor, tools, materials, and safety protocols.
Prioritize work orders based on equipment criticality and production impact, maintaining the maintenance backlog to maximize resource efficiency and minimize downtime.
Coordinate seamlessly with operations teams, maintenance personnel, and spare parts inventory management to ensure resource readiness and operational continuity.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, and reliability metrics) to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate information within SAP platform to support data-driven decision-making and process standardization.
