We are seeking a Maintenance Senior Lead for a direct hire opportunity in Cayey, PR within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys leading technical teams, solving complex equipment issues, and improving reliability across production operations.
As the Maintenance Senior Lead, you will support preventive maintenance execution, guide maintenance technicians, coordinate troubleshooting efforts, and partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
