Position Summary:Coordinates and supervises maintenance tasks performed on facilities and equipment.Responsible for compliance with safety and environmental standards.Develops specifications and prepares detailed cost estimates for equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, etc., for various projects and/or equipment repairs.Recommends hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions, as well as performance evaluation and feedback from direct subordinates.Performs maintenance of production equipment in a manner that meets organizational standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime.Ensures preventive maintenance programs and procedures are followed.Implements defined Regal business processes and supervises mechanics/technicians who repair and maintain equipment (TPM, Total Productive Maintenaice).
