Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining operations of an assigned apartment community, including organization of service requests, preventative maintenance program, compliance with safety standards and customer service. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead the maintenance team with a resident-focused attitude and team player mentality.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintenance Supervisors will spend 60 – 70% of their time performing hands‑on repairs/maintenance work, remaining time will be spent supervising associates and outside contractors and performing general management functions
• Assist Property Manager in the management of an excellent customer service program by adhering to the Peak Simply Service Standards
