Supervisor, Mill Maintenance Operations

Reporting to the Superintendent, Maintenance Operations, the Supervisor, Mill Maintenance Operations will oversee daily maintenance activities within the mill, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting safe and efficient production. This role coordinates maintenance crews, manages work orders, and ensures compliance with safety and operational standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise mill maintenance crews and contractors.
• Assign work orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor equipment performance and respond to breakdowns or urgent repairs.
• Collaborate with planners, operations, and engineering to schedule preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Ensure spare parts, tools, and materials are available for planned work.
