**Mechanical Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

This role maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs a wide range of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical production equipment in a large, modern food manufacturing facility. The technician reads and interprets manuals and work orders, performs routine calibration and preventive maintenance, and ensures that production machinery and support systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders to determine the scope of required maintenance and service.
+ Perform routine calibration and preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production machines and support equipment.
