Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and monitor the 5-year capital improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
• Manage service agreements per Simon Field Purchasing Policy
• Perform daily inspections and respond to maintenance requests
• Cultivate strong relationships with tenants and local officials
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum three years’ experience in facilities operations
