Manager, Accounting Operations, Margin

Reporting into the AVP, Margin & Inventory Accounting, the Manager, Margin Accounting is an essential part of the Accounting team and will take on the challenge of a financial reporting role in a unique and complex environment. Technical expertise and analytical skills are critical for success, as is the ability to communicate, collaborate and manage a team of seven staff members with multiple projects and deadlines. Areas of responsibility include Sales, Cost of Sales, and Warranties for all CTC business units. The successful candidate will take accountability for the Dealer/Corporate margin split calculation and related contractual interpretation and analysis, and will interact with Merchandising, FP&A, Marketing, Supply Chain, A/R, A/P, Treasury and I.T. to ensure results are accurately reported on a timely basis.
