The Associate Engagement Lead will drive the strategy and execution of initiatives that build and strengthen culture across Mexico City Tech Hub, with diversity, inclusion and belonging as core pillars of the role. This position will be responsible for shaping the overall associate experience through intentional programs, events, communication, and community building efforts that foster engagement, embed inclusive practices, and connect associates to our purpose.
