Overview
The Manager, Brand & Creative Digital Solutions reporting to Senior Manager, Brand & Creative Enablement is responsible for supporting strategic operational excellence across RBC's Brand and Creative Agency (B&C Agency) digital ecosystem. In this role you will research and implement digital solutions — including AI‑driven personalization, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflow systems — that transform creative workflows, optimize asset management, and accelerate time to market. Through hands‑on management of agency tools and cross‑functional partnerships with Brand, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Analytics, you deliver well‑governed digital solutions that support brand excellence and RBC’s competitive advantage, equipping senior leadership with the insights needed to drive revenue growth.
