Reporting to the Senior Manager, Carrier Services, this role is responsible for owning & growing wholesale and interconnection carrier accounts through a solutions‑based, technically informed sales approach. The position manages the commercial lifecycle for carrier customers, including product positioning, contract negotiation, billing oversight, customer relationship management, and revenue forecasting and tracking. Acting as a technical and commercial advisor, the role works with engineering, operations, and regulatory teams to design, sell, and support carrier‑grade telecom solutions, and resolve complex service issues. Clients include competitive telecom service providers, national carriers (e.g. TELUS), wholesale facilitators, resellers, rebillers, wireless service providers, and Internet service providers.
