Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to join the Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU) team in Vancouver. Reporting to the VCH Operations Director on the Vancouver Community team, this specific Clinical Operations Manager role will be responsible for supporting a unique Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program operating in Vancouver.
The successful applicant should come with strong leadership skills and experience in team design and development, as well as a background in leading clinical teams, change management, and budget oversight.
