Is this role right for you?
 In this role you will: Contribute to the development of the short term and longer term business plans for Canada Collections by executing collection system changes aligned with the technology roadmap

Ensure the delivery of best-in class customer service fostering an environment that promotes agile, flexible and timely operational efficiencies, while mitigating the bank’s risk by identifying and assessing opportunities to streamline or improve procedures and replace with more efficient customer centric processes and procedures that will enhance customer experience.

Contribute to the effective functioning of the team by actively participating in consultations with partners and takes initiative in identifying process enhancements that drive increased efficiencies within the unit as a subject matter expert for the collection system.
