Commercial Operations Manager – Responsibilities
Your role is to manage daily operations of assigned network(s) and staff with accountability for producing quality product with minimal discrepancies and maximum revenue retention.
Provide local leadership, support, and expertise for the team while acting as the primary liaison between offices.
Manage daily operations of assigned network(s) including inventory oversight, log production and QC, and issue resolution (sales, programming, promo, etc.)
Ensure process and workflow compliance.
Ensure all network tasks are assigned, covered, and/or completed.
Primary point of contact for sales, P&P, Programming, Broadcast, and O&O.
Manage non‐exempt staff (direct reports).
Monitor performance and output, providing support, direction and intervention when needed.
Act as a resource for staff, providing training, skill development, coaching and feedback.
