Summary

The Corporate Strategy and M&A team provides high quality financial and strategic advice to BCE’s senior management and is responsible for end‑to‑end transaction execution, including deal sourcing, strategic rationale development, due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, negotiations, executive approvals and closing.

The team works closely with all Bell business units to evaluate and execute high‑impact strategic initiatives and transactions aimed at enhancing long‑term shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives, including operating models, DCFs, merger models, LBOs, and financing analyses
• Develop valuation benchmarks and analyses, including trading comparables, precedent transactions, DCFs and sum‑of‑the‑parts analyses
