Manager, Cost Accounting

This Cost Accounting Manager will deliver accurate and timely cost information for all aspects of manufacturing, enabling data‑driven decisions and process improvements. The Manager, Cost Accounting, supports plant leadership in achieving operational and financial goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leads the cost accounting team through various aspects of month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Develops dashboards and financial reporting packages for executive and plant leadership.
• Acts as subject matter expert for Oracle ERP (Fusion and EPM) in cost and inventory accounting.
• Assists in the implementation of Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) within the plant, ensuring alignment with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting requirements.
