Description
We're looking for a CRM expert who sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You're the person who can translate a lifecycle hypothesis into a working journey by Friday, then spend Monday analyzing the results and building the next test. You understand segmentation logic, trigger architecture, and why a well‑timed email beats a generic blast every time.
This isn't a role for someone who just deploys campaigns — you shape them. You'll support the development of CRM strategies through data and insights, then roll up your sleeves to build, test and optimize the journeys that bring those strategies to life. You work across multiple clients, multiple platforms and multiple channels — including email, SMS, push — adapting your approach to fit different tech stacks and business models.
