Our client is a boutique hospitality and food services company, located in Oakville looking to at a full-time Manager/Director. The role is responsible for overall academy success, including operations, team leadership, enrolment growth, and financial performance.

Role Description

• Lead daily operations, ensuring high standards in safety, cleanliness, and program delivery
• Drive enrolment, marketing, community engagement, and financial results
• Manage and develop staff, including hiring, training, and performance oversight
• Oversee class programming and ensure a high-quality experience for students and families
• Act as the face of the academy within the local community
