About the Role

Management Responsibilities:

• Work in accordance with Ausenco’s values and demonstrate commitment, active involvement and leadership regarding safety, sustainability, client, people, and financial accountabilities.
• Reporting to the Manager, Engineering, you will lead, manage and grow the Electrical and Instrumentation engineering department
• Plan, schedule and determine workforce requirements for multiple concurrent projects
• Identify resource gaps and undertake associated training and recruitment activities at all levels within the discipline to fill such gaps.
• Ensure the work is delivered on schedule and to the technical and quality standards that align with Ausenco’s delivery model.
• Supervise and direct engineers, designers, and draftspeople in preparing design documents, including drawings, specifications, schedules, and estimates.
