Job Description

Manager, Endpoint Computing reports to the Director, Digital Infrastructure.

This role is in‑person and takes place at North Campus, Edmonton.

Responsible for the delivery, performance and continuous improvement of endpoint computing services across the University, leading a team of professionals and a broader team responsible for endpoint support, lifecycle management, and endpoint management platforms.

The Endpoint Manager supports institutional objectives by ensuring reliable, secure and efficient endpoint services while fostering a culture of service excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.
