Manager, financing solutions

As a Manager of Financing Solutions in National Bank's Real Estate Finance group, you will collaborate closely with Senior Analysts, Account Managers, and Portfolio Managers. Your primary responsibility is managing the financing provided to our clients, leveraging your strong analytical abilities and capacity to synthesize complex information. Your role

• Prepare and send letters, as well as follow up on documentation for annual reviews and renewals.
• Conduct credit analyses, including the assessment of maturing loans, in accordance with the Bank’s established standards, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Solicit feedback from Account Managers on draft credit applications and revise them as needed to ensure compliance with the Bank’s requirements for profitability, presentation quality, and risk analysis.
