Role Overview

The Manager, Flavour Development (Team Manager) is the functional owner of flavour development across the company’s product portfolio. Operating within a matrix New Product Development (NPD) organization, this role is responsible for setting flavour strategy, building systems and standards, and leading the flavour team to deliver consistent, high-quality, compliant, and competitive flavour lineups.

This role partners closely with Product Managers, Product Execution, Creative Design, Regulatory, and external manufacturing partners to translate product briefs and market insights into well-reasoned flavour recommendations.
