Job Description Reporting to the Head of Executive Compensation and Equity, the Global Executive Compensation Manager will design, manage, and evaluate compensation and rewards programs for executives and partners. The role drives aspects of the global compensation strategy, ensuring programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with strategy, performance, and governance.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage executive compensation programs including base salary, annual incentives, long‑term incentives, and special awards.

Lead annual executive compensation cycles, including benchmarking, market analysis, pay recommendations, and communication materials.
