Primary Responsibilities

• Understanding the operational needs of our three Juarez plants.
• Supporting day‑to‑day purchasing activities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.
• Building strong business partnerships and engaging closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs, strategies, challenges, and opportunities.
• Developing strong market and supplier knowledge and proposing improvement initiatives for MRO category management—becoming a trusted advisor to your stakeholders.
• Leading and driving cost‑reduction initiatives and supporting the Cost Per Unit journey across the campus.
