Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve Health & Safety systems, field practices, and training programs tailored to exploration environments.
• Support teams in identifying and managing risks related to remote operations, drilling activities, camp logistics, and early works.
• Lead the development and delivery of targeted training and competency programs, building workforce capability and reinforcing critical risk management practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor in incident investigations, analyze performance trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen safety outcomes and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure contractor safety programs meet company standards and are effectively implemented in the field.
