Reporting to the Director, HR Operations & Solutions, the Manager, HR Operations & HRIS ensures reliable, people-centered delivery of HR services that advance YWCA Regina’s mission and organizational health. As the primary owner of the HRIS, this role safeguards data integrity, system configuration, and process efficiency to support informed decision-making and a positive employee experience.
