• Manage and coach a high-performing internal audit team
• Execute a comprehensive internal audit plan
• Assess and conduct compliance audits
• Identify audit findings and communicate to management
• Track corrective action implementations
Requirements:
• Experience as an Internal Audit Manager for 3+ years
• CPA designation, CIA preferred
• Strong presentation skills for board interactions
• International travel readiness
