Manager, International Trade Compliance – Canada

Location: Brantford, Ontario, Canada

Hybrid work model: required to be in the office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead country‑specific objective setting, measurement, reporting, organizational development, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain ITC policies and procedures; facilitate best‑practice sharing.
• Monitor and communicate relevant regulatory developments and directives; ensure timely and effective implementation of corresponding controls.
• Facilitate and oversee interactions with external legal counsel, brokers/forwarders, and trade authorities.
• Plan and lead the implementation and enhancement of ITC solutions/applications.
