Overview
Reporting to the Director, Investments (DI), the Manager is responsible for the management and analysis of investment reporting, acquisitions, dispositions, purchase financing, appraisals and strategic management decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze investment data for strategic review by the DI and other ExecutivesManage the acquisition process including due diligence, financial modeling, acquisition financing and partner approvals.
