Reporting to the Senior Manager IT Services, this position is responsible for leading and continuously improving Service Desk operations and ITSM capabilities by managing resources, SLAs, performance metrics, process governance, automation, and customer satisfaction to deliver consistent, high‑quality service outcomes.
